As I mentioned before, often times people think that only celebrities, socialites or really wealthy people work with a personal stylist, but I am here to tell you that I have worked with people of all ages, genders, budgets and pain points. A pain point is:
I have shopped at high end places, and also only sourced items for clients from consignment shops to Target to Saks to TJ Maxx. The main thing I want to get across to potential clients is that this whole experience, working with me, has really nothing to do with me! I am not the one having to try on the clothes, purging items from my closet or spend the money (on my services plus whatever items need to be purchased. I understand that hiring me in itself is an expense and that many new clients worry about the money they are going to have to spend on top of my services. Am I going to make them go to Nordstrom or some high end department store and drop a ton of money on designer things because that is the only way I believe they can have style. There are so many misconstrued connotations about what it means to work with a stylist and I want to debunk those myths. I have created a list of various clients I have worked with over the years (all anonymous of course!) to give you an overview the variety of people I come in contact with when providing my services.
